Product characteristics
● The main parts of the machine are made of high quality resin sand molding, high strength high quality cast iron, with perfect heat treatment process, eliminate residual stress, and arrange enough reinforcement, to ensure that the whole machine has enough strength, rigidity and high stability all through ternary analysis.
● The main shaft uses permanent magnet synchronous spindle direct drive, its advantages are sensitive drive, stable output torque, high finish, can achieve fast positioning and high speed, low noise and other characteristics. The base adopts double-layer isolation technology to prevent high pressure water leakage.
● The machine adopts modular design, which can quickly realize the automation device to meet the needs of customers.
● Extractive coolant tank, easy to clean chips.
